Booking in one of these weeks?

Six or seven times a year this coast stops behaving like a road network. Here is what happens, and what to do about it.

Monaco Grand Prix

When: Late spring or early June, with road restrictions and event activity across the Grand Prix weekend

What actually changes. The Monaco street circuit uses roads through the centre of the Principality. During race operations, sections of the circuit close to general traffic, and access around Quai Albert Ier and Quai Antoine Ier can face event restrictions.

What to do. Book early and send us your hotel, residence, or yacht berth, along with the full address. We can use those details to plan your pickup or drop-off around the available road access. Event restrictions may require a drop-off outside the controlled area, followed by a short walk to your destination.

Cannes Film Festival

When: May, for around 12 days

What actually changes. The Festival de Cannes has a controlled festival zone covering the Palais des Festivals, Riviera, and International Village. Entry to the main professional areas requires the appropriate accreditation, and central Cannes carries the accredited industry on top of its usual May traffic.

What to do. Book your transfer once your flight is confirmed. Send us your hotel name and, when relevant, your Festival accreditation type. We can then plan your arrival around the entrance you need.

Cannes Lions

When: Late June, over five days

What actually changes. Cannes Lions brings advertising, media, and marketing professionals to Cannes for five days, with the Festival centred around the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.

What to do. Book your airport arrival and return transfer together once your flights are confirmed. Your return transfer will already be booked for the end of the Festival week.

MIPIM

When: March, over four main event days

What actually changes. MIPIM brings the international real estate industry to the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, drawing a large concentration of delegates into central Cannes.

What to do. Book your airport arrival and return transfer together. Send us your full schedule once it is confirmed, and we can plan both journeys together.

MIPCOM

When: October, over four days

What actually changes. MIPCOM is a four-day international television and content market at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. Buyers, producers, distributors, and other industry professionals travel into the same central event area.

What to do. Book arrival and departure transfers together, particularly when several people from the same company are travelling on different flights.

Monaco Yacht Show

When: Late September, over four days

What actually changes. The Monaco Yacht Show takes place at Port Hercule, with designated entrances, different pass categories, and security checks around show access. Captains and crew use separate registration and access arrangements from regular visitors.

What to do. Send us the vessel name and berth when you are joining or visiting a yacht. Tell us when you book if you are travelling as crew. We can plan your transfer for the appropriate crew access point.

Nice Carnival

When: February into early March, with festivities running for more than two weeks

What actually changes. Carnival event zones affect Place Masséna, Avenue de Verdun, and sections of the Promenade des Anglais, with pedestrian areas, controlled entrances, and road restrictions around parade times.

What to do. Send us your hotel name, particularly if you are staying around Place Masséna, the Old Town, or the Promenade. When road restrictions block the usual route, we can set your meeting point on the nearest accessible road.

Fête du Citron, Menton

When: From February into early March, for more than two weeks

What actually changes. On corso days, traffic restrictions affect several central Menton roads, including Promenade du Soleil, Avenue Carnot, and Avenue Félix-Faure. The event advises visitors to arrive early before daytime and evening processions.

What to do. Tell us your hotel when you book. When a procession closes the seafront route, we can plan your pick-up or drop-off from an accessible road before your transfer begins.

Event-week pricing is quoted individually

Our team prices each event-week transfer individually. Driver availability and road access determine the quote, because both affect what transfer arrangements are possible on the day.

Contact us early so we can quote a price and a workable transfer plan. Booking early improves your choice of available drivers and practical access points.

Event dates change from year to year. Check the organiser's official dates before booking flights, accommodation or transfers.
