Destinations from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport
Road distance and typical journey time for each. Open any route for the full page, and ask for the price when you are ready — it is one figure for the vehicle, not one per person.
Where we meet you at Nice
Terminals 1 and 2, linked by a free shuttle and by tram line 2. Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, at the exit from baggage reclaim — your driver holds a sign with your name.
Before you travel, you receive your driver's name, photo, vehicle details, registration plate, and exact terminal meeting point.
What we offer
One operation across four airports, and the six transfer services people book most often from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

Airport Arrivals and Departures
Your flight is tracked using the flight number you give when you book, so your driver works from your real landing time rather than the scheduled one.
Your driver meets you inside the terminal at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport with your name on a sign, and 60 minutes of waiting are already in the agreed price.

Yacht and Marina Transfers
Private transfers to and from Port Hercule in Monaco, Port Vauban in Antibes, Golfe-Juan and Saint-Tropez.
Guests go to the passerelle and crew to the crew gate. We also cover provisioning runs and crew changes, including outside normal daytime hours.

Business and Corporate Travel
Private business transfers for Sophia Antipolis, the Cannes fairs and offices in Monaco.
A named contact for your account and monthly invoicing, so nobody hands a card over at the door and there are no receipts to chase.

Event Weeks, Planned Rather Than Improvised
Book early for the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MIPIM and the Monaco Yacht Show.
We drive these weeks every year and plan around the closures and access restrictions, so you know which pickup and drop-off points your driver can actually reach.

The Coast, the Hills, and a Day at Your Pace
Your own car and driver for the day, for Èze and the Corniches, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse and Mougins, at your own pace.
The same driver and the same car all day. You decide where to go and how long to stay at each stop.

Beyond the Coast
From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport we also run Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg in the ski season, and Ventimiglia, Sanremo and Genoa across the Italian border.
The price is fixed before you fly and tolls are inside it, so a longer run costs what you agreed when you booked.
Why Book a Private Transfer Rather Than Take a Taxi
A private transfer lets you confirm the important details before you travel. You know who will meet you, where they will wait, what the journey will cost, and how we will arrange your trip.
Your driver, meeting point, and agreed price are confirmed before your journey starts.

Flight Tracking for Private Airport Transfers
We track your landing time and adjust the pickup time when your flight is delayed.
Your agreed price stays the same when your flight arrives late.

Local Drivers for French Riviera Transfers
We work with the same drivers on the same routes, so they know local roads, access points, road closures, and stopping restrictions.
During major May events in Cannes, access restrictions can affect where your driver can pick you up or drop you off. We use local route knowledge to choose practical meeting points for your transfer.

Private Transfer Vehicles for Every Group Size
Choose from six vehicle classes, ranging from a sedan to a 16-seat Sprinter.
You can choose a vehicle that fits your group size, so you pay only for the passenger space you need.

Free Cancellation and Flexible Payment Options
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer.
You can pay by card, bank transfer, or cash to the driver once your booking is confirmed.

Private Transfers From the French Riviera to Italy
Transfers to Ventimiglia, Sanremo, and Genoa are part of our regular work.
Your fixed price includes the border crossing and tolls as part of the agreed fare.

French Riviera Event and Seasonal Transfer Planning
We plan for August traffic around the Golfe de Saint-Tropez and May event access restrictions around the Croisette in Cannes.
We use that local knowledge to set departure times, choose routes, and select practical pick-up points during busy event periods and seasonal traffic.
What Your Private Transfer Price Includes
Your quoted transfer price includes the services listed below, with airport waiting time applying to airport transfers.
Golf Bags, Ski Bags, and Oversized Luggage
We carry golf bags, ski bags, and oversized luggage free of charge. Your quoted price includes them from the start.
Free Child and Booster Seats
We provide child seats and booster seats free on request. Tell us the children's ages when you book so we can arrange the correct seats.
Tolls and Italian Border Crossings
Your agreed price includes motorway tolls and Italian border crossings, including journeys using the Ligurian autostrada.
60 Minutes of Free Airport Waiting Time
Airport transfers include 60 minutes of waiting time from the moment your flight lands. You keep the full 60 minutes when your flight arrives later than scheduled.
Water, Chargers, and Mobile Phone Reception
Water and chargers are available during your journey at no extra cost. Mobile phone reception depends on network coverage along the route.
Water and chargers are practical after a flight or during a longer transfer.
Our vehicles
Prices are per vehicle, not per person. Bigger groups are usually cheaper per head.
Booking in one of these weeks?
Six or seven times a year this coast stops behaving like a road network. Here is what happens, and what to do about it.

Monaco Grand Prix
When: Late spring or early June, with road restrictions and event activity across the Grand Prix weekend
What actually changes. The Monaco street circuit uses roads through the centre of the Principality. During race operations, sections of the circuit close to general traffic, and access around Quai Albert Ier and Quai Antoine Ier can face event restrictions.
What to do. Book early and send us your hotel, residence, or yacht berth, along with the full address. We can use those details to plan your pickup or drop-off around the available road access. Event restrictions may require a drop-off outside the controlled area, followed by a short walk to your destination.

Cannes Film Festival
When: May, for around 12 days
What actually changes. The Festival de Cannes has a controlled festival zone covering the Palais des Festivals, Riviera, and International Village. Entry to the main professional areas requires the appropriate accreditation, and central Cannes carries the accredited industry on top of its usual May traffic.
What to do. Book your transfer once your flight is confirmed. Send us your hotel name and, when relevant, your Festival accreditation type. We can then plan your arrival around the entrance you need.

Cannes Lions
When: Late June, over five days
What actually changes. Cannes Lions brings advertising, media, and marketing professionals to Cannes for five days, with the Festival centred around the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.
What to do. Book your airport arrival and return transfer together once your flights are confirmed. Your return transfer will already be booked for the end of the Festival week.

MIPIM
When: March, over four main event days
What actually changes. MIPIM brings the international real estate industry to the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, drawing a large concentration of delegates into central Cannes.
What to do. Book your airport arrival and return transfer together. Send us your full schedule once it is confirmed, and we can plan both journeys together.

MIPCOM
When: October, over four days
What actually changes. MIPCOM is a four-day international television and content market at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. Buyers, producers, distributors, and other industry professionals travel into the same central event area.
What to do. Book arrival and departure transfers together, particularly when several people from the same company are travelling on different flights.

Monaco Yacht Show
When: Late September, over four days
What actually changes. The Monaco Yacht Show takes place at Port Hercule, with designated entrances, different pass categories, and security checks around show access. Captains and crew use separate registration and access arrangements from regular visitors.
What to do. Send us the vessel name and berth when you are joining or visiting a yacht. Tell us when you book if you are travelling as crew. We can plan your transfer for the appropriate crew access point.

Nice Carnival
When: February into early March, with festivities running for more than two weeks
What actually changes. Carnival event zones affect Place Masséna, Avenue de Verdun, and sections of the Promenade des Anglais, with pedestrian areas, controlled entrances, and road restrictions around parade times.
What to do. Send us your hotel name, particularly if you are staying around Place Masséna, the Old Town, or the Promenade. When road restrictions block the usual route, we can set your meeting point on the nearest accessible road.

Fête du Citron, Menton
When: From February into early March, for more than two weeks
What actually changes. On corso days, traffic restrictions affect several central Menton roads, including Promenade du Soleil, Avenue Carnot, and Avenue Félix-Faure. The event advises visitors to arrive early before daytime and evening processions.
What to do. Tell us your hotel when you book. When a procession closes the seafront route, we can plan your pick-up or drop-off from an accessible road before your transfer begins.
Event-week pricing is quoted individually
Our team prices each event-week transfer individually. Driver availability and road access determine the quote, because both affect what transfer arrangements are possible on the day.
Contact us early so we can quote a price and a workable transfer plan. Booking early improves your choice of available drivers and practical access points.
Event dates change from year to year. Check the organiser's official dates before booking flights, accommodation or transfers.
Flying into a different airport?
What people book us for
The journeys that come up every week on this coast, and what to tell us when you book one.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2
Give us the flight number and we work out where you land. The two terminals are ten minutes apart, and waiting in the wrong one is the most common way to lose twenty minutes at Nice.
Travelling with a dog
Dogs are welcome and it costs nothing, but tell us the size when you book. A crate in the boot changes which car we send, and a villa week with a labrador is a different vehicle from the same week without one.
The late arrival and the early departure
We drive the 06:00 pickups and the flights that land after midnight, and they are priced in advance rather than negotiated at the time. It is the hour at which having a name on a sign matters most.
Golf bags decide the car, not the seats
Four players with four bags do not fit the car that carries four people. Count the bags out loud when you book — Mougins, Terre Blanche and Monte-Carlo weeks are the ones this catches out, and it is easier to fix now than at the kerb.
One invoice instead of a card at the door
Companies, hotels, villa agencies and yacht managers are invoiced monthly against a rate card. Nothing is handed over in the car and nobody has to keep a receipt.
Book the return at the same time
The return is where transfers go wrong, because it is booked last and in a hurry. Doing both at once takes a percentage off, fixes the departure time against your flight, and means one car and one driver already know your name.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my airport transfer if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the flight number from your booking. We adjust your pickup time to match when your flight lands.
Your driver waits for up to 60 minutes after you land at no extra charge. Your agreed transfer price stays the same when your flight arrives late.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you agree is the price you pay — per vehicle, not per person. Motorway tolls, the Italian border, luggage, golf and ski bags are all included. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
Where will I meet my driver at Nice?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, at the exit from baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. A private-hire car cannot wait at the kerb at Nice, so the driver parks and walks in. The night before we send you their name, photo, car and plate.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
Tell us your flight number and we work it out — the two terminals are 10 minutes apart on the free shuttle and the tram, and standing in the wrong one is the most common way to lose twenty minutes at Nice.
Can you take us to a yacht?
Yes, and it is a regular job. Give us the marina and the berth, or the name of the boat, and whether you are a guest or crew — the guest gates and the crew gates are not the same, and at Port Hercule in show week neither is where you would guess.
Do you drive into Monaco?
Yes, every day. Drop-off anywhere in the Principality. A pickup that begins inside Monaco is subject to Monegasque rules on private hire, so tell us when the return leg starts there and we will arrange it properly rather than improvise at the barrier.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free. Tell us the children's ages when you book and the correct seats are fitted before we collect you.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer, or cash to the driver. Business accounts are invoiced monthly. Nothing is charged until your transfer is confirmed.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Plans change; we would rather keep the relationship than the deposit.
What about the Grand Prix and the Film Festival?
Those weeks are real and they are quoted by hand. Roads close, drop-off points move and there are simply fewer cars than jobs. Book as early as you have a flight number, and tell us the hotel or the berth rather than the street.
Is a taxi not cheaper into Nice itself?
Into the city centre, often yes, and the tram is cheaper than both. We will say so if you ask. What you are buying from us on a seven-kilometre run is a driver already waiting inside with your name and a price that does not move — which matters at midnight with three cases and children, and matters much less on a Tuesday morning with hand luggage.
How much luggage can you take?
Each class says what it actually takes: three suitcases in the Business E-Class, six in the V-Class, seven in the XL, twelve in the Sprinter. Those are real capacities rather than optimistic ones.
Golf bags, ski bags and oversized luggage travel free, and we ask you to count them separately from your suitcases when you book. That is not paperwork: two ski bags are the difference between the right car turning up and the wrong one.
Do you run at four in the morning?
Yes. Crew changes, first flights and the early run up to the Alps are ordinary work here, not favours.
One thing worth being plain about, because “fixed price” and “depends on the hour” sound like opposites: the quote you are given already takes account of the hour, the day and the time of year. Once you have agreed it, it does not move — no meter, no surge, and no adjustment afterwards because the traffic was worse than we expected.
We are crossing into Italy. Do we need passports, and are the tolls included?
Carry your passport or national ID card. The crossing at Ventimiglia is usually waved straight through, but French and Italian police both run checks there, and being the car without documents is a slow way to spend an hour.
Italian motorway tolls and the border crossing are in the price you agreed. Ventimiglia, Sanremo and Genoa are routine runs, not special requests.
Are the cars ready for the mountain roads in winter?
Snow tyres go on in November and stay on for the season. The climbs to Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg are mountain roads in winter conditions, however warm it was on the Promenade ninety minutes earlier.
After fresh snow a V-Class 4×4 is worth asking for — ask when you book rather than on the morning, because there are fewer of them than there are V-Classes. Ski bags travel free; count them when you book so the right car comes.
We are arriving by private jet. Where do you meet us?
At Cannes-Mandelieu, planeside or in the FBO lounge, as your handler arranges — give us the handler and the tail number and we deal with them directly. It is fifteen minutes from the apron to the Croisette, which is the reason business aviation uses Mandelieu at all.
If you are landing privately at one of the other three airports, send the handler's name with the booking and we will agree the meeting point with them rather than guess it.
Which airport should we fly into for Saint-Tropez?
Toulon-Hyères, if your flight works from it. Half the drive of the Nice run, and it misses the traffic around the Golfe de Saint-Tropez altogether.
From Nice it is motorway to Le Muy and then the road round the gulf, and that last stretch is the whole story: forty minutes out of season, up to two hours on an August Saturday afternoon. If the timing is impossible we will say so, and offer the Sainte-Maxime crossing instead — twenty minutes across the bay, skipping the queue everyone else is sitting in — rather than quietly sell you the queue.
I have landed and I cannot see my driver. What do I do?
Call +33 7 70 11 31 12. It is answered.
You are sent your driver's name, photo, car and registration the night before, so you know who you are looking for. At Nice they are inside the arrivals hall at the exit from baggage reclaim, holding a sign — not at the kerb, because a private-hire car cannot wait at the kerb here, so the driver parks and walks in.
If you have come out of the wrong terminal, stay where you are and call. The two are ten minutes apart and it is the most common way to lose twenty minutes at Nice.
