What Your Private Transfer Price Includes
Your quoted transfer price includes the services listed below, with airport waiting time applying to airport transfers.
Golf Bags, Ski Bags, and Oversized Luggage
We carry golf bags, ski bags, and oversized luggage free of charge. Your quoted price includes them from the start.
Free Child and Booster Seats
We provide child seats and booster seats free on request. Tell us the children's ages when you book so we can arrange the correct seats.
Tolls and Italian Border Crossings
Your agreed price includes motorway tolls and Italian border crossings, including journeys using the Ligurian autostrada.
60 Minutes of Free Airport Waiting Time
Airport transfers include 60 minutes of waiting time from the moment your flight lands. You keep the full 60 minutes when your flight arrives later than scheduled.
Water, Chargers, and Mobile Phone Reception
Water and chargers are available during your journey at no extra cost. Mobile phone reception depends on network coverage along the route.
Water and chargers are practical after a flight or during a longer transfer.

What people book us for
The journeys that come up every week on this coast, and what to tell us when you book one.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2
Give us the flight number and we work out where you land. The two terminals are ten minutes apart, and waiting in the wrong one is the most common way to lose twenty minutes at Nice.
Passports for the Italian border
The crossing at Ventimiglia is usually waved through, but both police forces run checks there. Bring a passport or an ID card — being the car without documents is a slow way to spend an hour.
Tolls, on both sides, in the price
French autoroute and Italian autostrada tolls are inside the fixed price, along with the crossing itself. Nothing is added at the end and nothing is collected in the car.
The hotel name is worth more than the postcode
Old towns here are pedestrian, villa lanes are private and gated, and half the seafront closes for something at some point in the year. Name the place and we will already know which side a car can reach.
Golf bags decide the car, not the seats
Four players with four bags do not fit the car that carries four people. Count the bags out loud when you book — Mougins, Terre Blanche and Monte-Carlo weeks are the ones this catches out, and it is easier to fix now than at the kerb.
More luggage than the car you had in mind
If you are carrying more than one case each, say so and we will quote the larger class. Paying for the bigger boot is cheaper than finding out at arrivals that the party has to split across two cars.
Questions about Sanremo
How long does the Nice Airport to Sanremo transfer take?
About 1h 10m for the 65 km, door to door and without stops. Where the season changes that — and on this coast it does — we build it into your pickup time rather than apologising for it afterwards.
How much is a transfer from Nice Airport to Sanremo?
One fixed price for the whole vehicle rather than per person, all-inclusive, and you have it before you book. Send the route, your flight number and how many of you there are, and we come back with the figure — once it is agreed it does not move. Summer, night and weekend pickups and event weeks are quoted by hand.
What happens to my airport transfer if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the flight number from your booking. We adjust your pickup time to match when your flight lands.
Your driver waits for up to 60 minutes after you land at no extra charge. Your agreed transfer price stays the same when your flight arrives late.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you agree is the price you pay — per vehicle, not per person. Motorway tolls, the Italian border, luggage, golf and ski bags are all included. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
Where will I meet my driver at Nice?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, at the exit from baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. A private-hire car cannot wait at the kerb at Nice, so the driver parks and walks in. The night before we send you their name, photo, car and plate.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
Tell us your flight number and we work it out — the two terminals are 10 minutes apart on the free shuttle and the tram, and standing in the wrong one is the most common way to lose twenty minutes at Nice.
Can you take us to a yacht?
Yes, and it is a regular job. Give us the marina and the berth, or the name of the boat, and whether you are a guest or crew — the guest gates and the crew gates are not the same, and at Port Hercule in show week neither is where you would guess.
