To the passerelle, not to the port gates
A yacht transfer is not an airport transfer with a different address. The gate you need depends on whether you are a guest or crew, the berth moves, and in show week the whole port runs on accreditation. This is what we do about it.
How a yacht transfer actually works
Berth-level drop-off
Give us the marina and the berth, or the name of the vessel, and the car goes to the quay rather than to the port entrance. At Port Vauban and Port Hercule that is the difference between arriving and walking a kilometre with luggage.
Guests and crew are different jobs
Guest arrivals are timed to the boat and met inside the terminal. Crew changes happen at four in the morning, run to the airline schedule rather than a nice one, and are priced as ordinary work rather than as a favour.
Provisioning and the errand nobody plans for
The run to the cash and carry, the part collected from Antibes, the guest's luggage that followed a day later. A car and a driver for the afternoon, invoiced to the account.
The marinas we work
Port Hercule and Fontvieille in Monaco, Port Vauban and La Salis at Antibes, Golfe-Juan, Cannes Vieux-Port and Port Canto, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Port Grimaud, and the Vieux-Port at Marseille.
Show weeks and race weeks
During the Monaco Yacht Show and the Grand Prix, port access is filtered and the gates are not the usual ones. We drive those weeks every year and plan the route to the boat before the day, not on it.
Accounts for management companies
Monthly invoicing to the management company or the broker, one contact through a charter, and the discretion that goes without saying and is worth saying anyway.

Monaco Grand Prix
When: Late spring or early June, with road restrictions and event activity across the Grand Prix weekend
What actually changes. The Monaco street circuit uses roads through the centre of the Principality. During race operations, sections of the circuit close to general traffic, and access around Quai Albert Ier and Quai Antoine Ier can face event restrictions.
What to do. Book early and send us your hotel, residence, or yacht berth, along with the full address. We can use those details to plan your pickup or drop-off around the available road access. Event restrictions may require a drop-off outside the controlled area, followed by a short walk to your destination.
Monaco Yacht Show
When: Late September, over four days
What actually changes. The Monaco Yacht Show takes place at Port Hercule, with designated entrances, different pass categories, and security checks around show access. Captains and crew use separate registration and access arrangements from regular visitors.
What to do. Send us the vessel name and berth when you are joining or visiting a yacht. Tell us when you book if you are travelling as crew. We can plan your transfer for the appropriate crew access point.
Event-week pricing is quoted individually
Our team prices each event-week transfer individually. Driver availability and road access determine the quote, because both affect what transfer arrangements are possible on the day.
